1:Buying an ebook
  • Find the e-book you want to purchase on (website),or you can browse through the categories if you need some inspiration.

  • After the purchase is completed, the order details and e-book download link will be sent to the email you filled in when purchasing. If you do not receive the email please contact us (info@fitebook.com)

 

2:ebook format
  • We currently provide 2 e-book formats: PDF and EPUB。

3:Reading online
  • Sorry, we currently do not support online reading。

4:How to get a refund

Return & Exchange Policy

1:To submit a refund request, please contact us at (info@eshopbook.com).

2:Return of eBook for no reason.
  • This can be done within 1 day of purchase. We will issue a refund. you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@eshopbook.com

 

3:Return of ebook for a valid reason​
  • Please contact us (email) and state the reason for the refund, but it is entirely at our discretion whether to grant a refund on a case-by-case basis.

        "I didn't like this book" is not a valid reason.

  • After 7 days

        We are unlikely to do so. Whether we process a refund after such a long time is entirely at our discretion, and if we do          grant a refund in these circumstances, it will only be in the form of a  gift card. The gift card can be used to purchase              e-books on (website).

4:product problem
  • If the e-book you purchased from us does not match its description in some way, or if the content of the book is incorrect, then we will process a full refund without hesitation.

5:The description includes, among other things:
  • e-book file format

  • Supported reading devices and operating systems

  • Number of pages

6:There's a variety of real-world issues that can trigger a refund. Just contact our support          team and they'll be glad to help.

7:Exceptions / non-returnable items
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
